Return Eligibility
We only accept returns under the following conditions:

If the product you received is different from what was shown or ordered.
✔ Defective or Damaged Item
If the delivered item has manufacturing defects or arrives damaged.
These are the only reasons for return.
Non-Returnable Conditions
We do not accept returns in the following cases:

- Wrong item ordered by customer
- Customer no longer wants/likes the product
- Incorrect size/color chosen by customer
- Product used, washed, or damaged after delivery
- Please review product details and sizing carefully before ordering.
Return Timeframe
You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Requests submitted after 7 days will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Proof Required
To process your return request, you must provide:
Clear photos of the item
A video showing the issue (incorrect/defective product)
Requests without proof will not be processed.
