This refund policy explains when and how customers receive refunds.
Refund Eligibility
You will receive a refund only if:
The returned product is approved after inspection.
The item was defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered.
Refund Method
Once the returned product is received and verified, your refund will be:

OR
✔ Added to your store balance (wallet)
(You can choose your preferred method during the return request.)
Refund Timeframe
Refund will be issued within 3–7 working days after we receive and inspect the item.
Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued if:
The return is requested after 7 days
The product was damaged by the customer
The product is returned without complete packaging
The reason is “change of mind”
The issue does not match our return criteria
Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a defective/wrong item,
BurjBazar.shop may cover return shipping (depending on case).
If the customer sends the item without approval, we are not responsible for the shipping cost.
